This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.

This was a thought provoking session that considered how what was being discussed within the session was being effectively demonstrated throughout. It further enhanced it's importance in practice.
I am so relieved that we now have Zoe, I feel her knowledge, style and all round dedication to this apprenticeship will help me grow as a person, I definitely feel inspired and now have confidence in this programme.
