I found this course to be very helpful and handy in regards to the workplace . I along with the rest of the class have learnt about rules and regulations, different rights and health and safety acts . I am now Futher confident on what to expect when starting a new job and how my attitude is to be expected by the employer . This was all thanks to our trainer Baz who has a very unique way to teach which made the course fun and intriguing .

I have gained more knowledge and skills on my rights and responsibilities at work, and handling of goods and equipments in the logistic environment. I am glad to attend this training.

My Tutor Martin is a fabulous tutor, who helped me throughout the whole course. He explained things in dept, step by step and in much easier way than the explanation on the SkillsBuilder. I rated 4 for materials, because SkillsBuilder is an easy system to use but lot of confusions which can be improved.
