I think this was the best session since the start of the course. It was structured and more detailed. There was a mix of learner's led and teacher's led and it made a lot of sense as we also saw real life examples.

agenda would be useful so can keep questions to the relevant section. More case studies

This session has equipped me with the knowledge of what Mental capacity is , the legislations guiding them, the giving of consent and what restrictive practices are. Victoria on the other hand has a gift of teaching thereby explaining things bit by bit to what a lay man can understand.
