It was really good experience in learning in here The atmosphere was really good .The trainer was really friendly as well i learnt alot of new things and i am quite satisfied with this course.

i found this session really helpful, as at first i was quite apprehensive seeing the title, but a lot of the topics covered it is part of my daily or weekly routine anyway. plus Tara was very encouraging and made me realise, some "natural" things i do in my role are classed as some of the topics.

Was a good course well worth taking for gainful employment

This course was very enjoyable. I have learnt new time management techniques that I will trial going forward. I thought I had really good time management already but there's always room for improvement, so i'm excited to see how those skills develop.

Enjoyed the course, it gave a real insight into business costs that I've never thought about previously, and it was helpful to understand where additional costs come in and how we can help reduce them as a business.

Good opportunity to learn and share best practice.

Sally did a really good job of showing how learners going over the end date can affect the overall cost to the business.
