Too much feedback

My overall opinion on the course is very positive, it has helped build a working knowledge of what i would need for the job and interview that is to follow, it can’t be overstated how the interview being a part of the course is a brilliant idea, it has felt like I have been working towards something meaningful and achievable which is important while job hunting. Everyone has been very kind and helpful while keeping it easy to follow and understand.

I have really enjoyed participating in this training. Our Tutor Dave has been excellent, he has lots of patience and understanding towards each and every student. I have enjoyed actively engaging in all group discussions.

Daves calming attitude has made this a very good course . I believe he makes a great teacher

Enjoyed training

If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.
