I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for our trainer, Mark, who delivered the route training for bus driving. He was incredibly informative, professional, and respectful to everyone throughout the sessions. Mark had a great way of adapting his training to suit the different learning styles and needs of each of us, which made a real difference in how we absorbed the information. His calm and encouraging approach helped build our confidence and made the experience both productive and enjoyable. A big thank you to Mark for his dedication and the effort he put into making sure we were fully prepared.
