Teaching Assistant level 1 was a brilliant journey for me. There was lot of things to leans. My trainer has been absolutely fantastic throughout Level 1. She has guided us exceptionally well and covered all the essential aspects of learning that we needed to understand at this stage. Her knowledge, expertise, and passion for teaching are truly admirable. What I appreciated the most was the comfortable, positive, and encouraging environment she created in every class. She helped us overcome our hesitation, build our confidence, and find the courage to speak in front of everyone without fear. Her constant support and encouragement made the entire learning journey enjoyable, meaningful, and memorable. I feel truly fortunate and proud to have been taught by her. She has not only shared her knowledge with us but has also inspired us to believe in ourselves and grow with confidence. Thank you for being such a wonderful trainer and for making our Level 1 journey so special. I will always be grateful for the knowledge, encouragement, and confidence you have given us.
Claire was lovely to talk to, bringing a personal touch to her session and being able to make it digestable. Claire gave relatable ancedotes and was supportive from her experience in the care industry, which helped put me on ease and enabled me to fully engage with the content she was teaching.
