overall the trainer was fantastic and helped me massively with wording as im not very good at wording things properly

great way of teaching encouraging helpful with knowledge about all topics and good with involving everyone.

Andrew made this excercise very enjoyable its not like school interactive is the key word

I am enjoying completing this qualification. AnnMarie has built good rappor with me and this makes the sessions run smoothly with less stress or misunderstanding. I appreciate having her as my assessor and feel she helps me stay focused and confident in what I am doing.
