Today I learnt and got a better understanding on what qualities and skills actually make up good teamwork

Overall I have found the course very helpful and useful and would recommend to others that may be interested in working within EYFS.

It has been really interesting to learn about the skills and awareness needed to nurture the positive relationships that make a good team. Recognising your own strengths as well as those of others, and how it all comes together as a whole. Tara is a great teacher who listens to everyone and values all contributions.
