Really engaging course with a very inclusive, patient and knowledgeable course leader.
Learnt a lot on how to self manage and gain confidence in the future.
It was really good experience for me especially get to know more about the system and processes.
Steven was a very good trainer and very helpful on how he delivered the information and the way he demonstrated the way the training needs to be done.
I've gained so much knowledge and did lot more practical side of it. Good thing is I can be prepared next time when it comes to situations like this.
