I could realise how important communication is and what means have a lack of communication, how can fail the care provide on that. Understand better the role done by the fundamental laws that manage the care sector.

Great lesson today, have learned the process of ratios and how to apply it to work out any number. Started off with easier questions and worked up which helped so much.
