I really do not feel very comfortable talking in a group, I don't want to look like I am not interested because I am, I just don't like speaking up

Brilliant!

Great teacher, made everything very clear and gave good instruction throughout the course, enjoyed doing the practical side doing a walk around of a coach and being showed all the checked requirements you need and having a little test on 6 items from the walk around check, the course could maybe do with a ticket printer for practical purposes!

I have loved coming to my class and think Bev is an excellent teacher

I'm enjoying this course even though is a little bit challenging for me.

The course has been a lot of fun and very helpful with my personal and work skills. I am genuinely going to miss this course, and will recommend them to others for certain.
