Really clear and is explained at a great pace
Was good to learn about central heating design
Easy to understand and pick up valuable info.
Today I had a really positive learning experience thanks to Stephen. He took the time to support me in a way that made my dyslexia feel completely normal for the first time. Instead of making it feel like something difficult or different, he explained things clearly, patiently, and without judgement. I felt understood and included, which really boosted my confidence. I’m genuinely grateful for the support he gave me today.
Overall the session was very productive and teachable
