Fantastic first day introduction to this course. Both tutors obviously know their area incredibly well, have a wealth of knowledge and I feel confident that both of them have the ability to teach us all to a very high standard.

This was my first lesson that i atteneded. I found it interesting to hear from other people that attended, nice group. My tutor was explaining each topic very well but was certain topics i couldnt catch up on but tutor was there if questions are asked.

Fun and informative session!

I cannot fault Diane's professionalism, knowledge or people skills. I am thoroughly enjoying my time with her.

Jenny - My tutor, Has been supportive and helped me to understand how to use skills builder better which will embed my knowledge.

The trainer was very good from start to finish. She would allow staff to contribute and share their own work experience. All in all, it was a good training session..
