I found this course very informative and thought provoking, helping me understand more about the leadership styles and how they work. This has helped me navigate what approaches may work for me in my setting and enlighten me on what i can do to encorparate this in my day-to-day work life.

A great course with an amazing teacher who goes the extra mile for the class so everyone feels included and learns together
Lorraine was so welcoming and encouraging with the learners, created a really safe environment, and made sure that she answered any questions the learners had. It was really well paced, nothing felt rushed or skipped over, but she also explained how they wouldn't be expected to remember everything from the session, which again prevented it from feeling overwhelming. Good engagement from learners throughout showed that they felt able to engage in a way that worked for them, and taking time to show them how to access OneFile, and giving them time to find the right bits, felt inclusive and supportive.
