Really interesting and very clear and easy to follow
Explained how things worked in a way i understood
I felt this session was okay but I do feel like it was more rushed than other sessions. I don't know understand why it needs to be a shorter session than others? I was also a bit disappointed that we didn't go into more detail about the different Theorists and approaches to play. I also feel like 90% of the time it is just me who replies to question which I understand can't be helped.

We have shortened some sessions due to feedback we have previously received, as some people struggle to hold their attention for 2 hours, or learners are needed back in the rooms at 11 am for lunchtime. I understand your frustration with responding to questions. I try to encourage people to use the microphone as much as possible, and I really appreciate your answers; it makes the session so much better, so thank you! As I said in the webinar, there are so many theorists and approaches that I believe it is more beneficial for you to research one that resonates with you the most rather than getting a little bit of information on each one. I will take your suggestions on board as we redesign the sessions, though. Thank you so much for attending today, and hopefully I'll see you in a future webinar.

Liam is extremely knowledgeable in maths, and this comes across clearly and effectively through his teaching. He explains concepts confidently and in a way that makes them easier to understand, regularly adapting his wording and approach depending on the needs of the group. He is very good at making the learning transferable and relatable, which supports the session and helps ensure that everyone is able to follow along, contribute and take part effectively. For example, during today’s session we explored the different types of averages, including mean, mode, median and range. Liam explained the differences between each clearly and adapted his explanations where needed to make sure everyone understood not only how to calculate them, but also when each one might be useful. We also discussed consistency within sets of data and worked through grouped frequency tables. Liam was able to break these areas down into manageable steps, rewording explanations and using different examples where required, which helped make the learning much easier to follow and apply independently. His teaching style creates an inclusive learning environment where questions are welcomed and understanding is continually checked and supported.
Highly recommended course for active mind.
Very enjoyable and informative course. I learneda lot of new things. Not being in a school or classroom environment for almost 50 years I was a little apprehensive but I realy feel I got a lot from this.
