There is a terrible echo in the church with it being an old building and sometimes we have to ask the trainer to repeat information and slow down his voice a bit.

The venue easy located. The trainer was so supportive and helpful friendly with excellent communication. The problem was that sometimes it was difficult to hear the voices.

Overall sessions with Stuart are great and he puts great effort into engaging with everyone, I would only seek to improve question clarity and adjust presentation content to provoke further engagement and discussion.

Body language good but data security was dry.

Elizabeth Armstrong is an amazing tutor. She explained things well. She's friendly and brought us quality street chocolates. Which I think was really sweet of her to do.

The course has been,easy going, fun and delivered at a relaxed pace.

Really good course found it repeated alot of the questions asked but in a different way would of liked a bit more school centred information

Very informative session

For the most part it just refreshed knowledge I already had, I did learn something new regarding safety plans. I feel that the presentations simply scratch the surface and is mostly knowledge that experienced leaders already have. It would be more beneficial to go into more depth on case studies and ways they have been dealt with and not just what we think we could do. Ideally, we're here to look for alternative options or knowledge/ideas we don't already have.
