I understood and enjoyed word by word the section

I enjoyed the session

I thought Toni was a very hands on and friendly tutor and she did an outstanding job

I’m overall happy with everything toni and Stuart was great tutors

Full course is very good. It's gave me so much knowledge.

A good refresher and reminded me how and when to put complaints in to action . Also the legal dates and policies, that I always have to look up as I always forget dates.

I felt very welcome, happy that anything I needed help with my tutor was there to give me the support I/we needed.

Jhon is a greates trainer and very funny and helpful guy. He is very kind and flexible. I believe i wouldn’t have understood that much without the way he gave us some examples in his career.
