Kim my trainer is an excellent tutor. She explained everything to the point and was very informative. Which made easy for me to finish the course.

Very useful session on the different aspects which could cause people stress, how it can be managed and how to support people's wellbeing in a variety of ways which will work for them.

Great sessions overall the whole course, fun and interactive. Ryan was always supportive and encouraging.

I think the trainer Ryan himself was a joy to work with he gave me the information in the best of way which worked for myself overall I felt I gained a good understanding of the sections of the course which was held during the sessions and I think overall it was educational and enjoyable course
