Only the first session but found it really helpful, also it helps having other people with you for different ideas .

More communication is necessary for me to complete this course

Although my teacher was very well versed in Teams Meetings and extremely helpful, we couldn't access the internet properly as the connection was so poor. This resulted in it taking a lot longer than anticipated. Considering this is an IT based course the internet definitely needs improving.

This course has helped me a lot in my job as a carer and has given me better understanding of my job role.

Amanda is very helpful and understanding and also helps me feel confident and comfortable in the sessions

I have really enjoyed learning about spreadsheets and how to tailor them, I will be practicing creating my own at home for timetables/rotas in my personal life.
