"Healthy and Well-being in the Early Years" was highly informative. Fatima taught strategies to promote children's health and well-being and explained the significant impact of not supporting these aspects. We briefly learned about diet, oral hygiene, self-regulation, emotional well-being, and The Eatwell Guide. It was a very useful sessions, knowledge gained session . Thank you fatima
