Jen was really good and explained things in depth to me , she’s a really amazing teacher and she’s made the course more fun and knowledgeable

I have overall really enjoyed this course not only through the knowledge I have learnt but because the teacher was excellent in every way, nothing was a trouble to her in any situation. So professional but also so relating.

The training is very relevant to my professional development, training materials are quite robust with sufficient links and references for further research, the facilitator is quite experienced in the subject matter and the virtual classroom medium was interactive and a great avenue to share thoughts with colleagues in various sector in the care industry.
