Great course deserves a Christmas bonus

Course was easily understood and delivered clearly. Tutor and classmates are all nice and friendly.

Overall the course has been very well developed and presented by Stuart and I have learned more about Customer service because of this course.

Trainer was great and helped us all as a group and spoke to us individually to make sure we were all understanding the material.

I enjoyed this course very well and the people in it made it go very well and smoothly. Stuart is a great teacher and i feel confident with the way i’ll be leaving this course. I really appreciated his attention to every member of the course and the feedback he has provided. p.s there was no microwave for my cornish pasty 😪

Course was fantastic, learnt a lot, Stuart was very accommodating when it came to my dyslexia and ADHD, offered me all the correct support
