The facilities was a let down on this occasion, room was extremely cold and also major issues with the food being cold and poor service. I know this is not the fault of trainer Sherrel, but needs to be followed up.

A thoroughly enjoyable course that was taught by a knowledgeable trainer who is great at explaining mental health. I have left the course with a greater knowledge of mental health.
