I have found Carrie approachable, confident in her delivery of the course

I really enjoyed the session, my teacher was lovely

I enjoy how the session are so at ease , I do not feel like I am back at school in a classroom The trainer explains everything and asks if your unsure before moving on its also nice to be able to put it in chat if your not to comfortable with speaking yet.

Natalie is alert and monitors who drops from the sessions, who has internet issues and is constantly bringing in people. Something other trainers forget to do.
