The Mental Health Level 2 course was very interesting, what I learnt will be very helpful towards working in schools and give me knowledge towards how a child's mind works. The location was perfect for me as it was one bus journey which only took me 20 minutes to get to.
Information about the level 3 apprentice course I am doing was delivered well and I now have a more clear understanding of how my level 3 is going to look like.
Lorraine is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about early years. She was super friendly and inclusive and understanding that people learn differently and have different needs.
Ver knowledge able, had lots of information to put my mind a ease answered all the questions that I had. And explained what support I will get with extra needs.
The course was absolutely fantastic. I'm getting back into childcare after a 10 year break and this course made it so easy to get back up to scratch with all of the updated skills, legislation and materials needed to feel prepared heading back into the field. Our tutor Kim was our biggest cheerleader throughout this, Kim is incredible, she's supportive, kind and patient. I couldn't have asked for a better tutor, she looked into things we wanted to know more about and she was always smiling and laughing, even if she was losing her voice or half the group was having technical difficulties.
Jo has been amazing throughout my course, she explained things to me when needed, was always patient, and made me feel relaxed. She made the course fun.
