This was a really useful training session, time to reflect and discuss learner challenged around maths anxiety. Why these anxieties exist and how to overcome them. Growth mindset was interesting and examples of breathing exercises to use with learners when they are anxious.

Both Sally and Sarah were well prepared, they got the group engaged and put us in smaller groups to discuss certain topics. The materials for the course arrived in good time so I could refer to them during the course and also use in the future.
