I have loved learning this course, it has been lovely hearing everyone's own experiences with mental health and mental ill health as well as learning how the stigma surrounding mental health has changed over the years. Lindsey has been fabulous as ever, also allowing the members of the class to talk about their own experiences and keeping the lesson engaging and as fun as it can be while still talking about a sensitive subject.
