Jen, was really knowledgable and explained every part of the assessments for me. So when it came to the official start I felt well prepared and I understood the process. Thank You for your support.

This session has equipped me with the knowledge of what Mental capacity is , the legislations guiding them, the giving of consent and what restrictive practices are. Victoria on the other hand has a gift of teaching thereby explaining things bit by bit to what a lay man can understand.
