Fantastic unit, very interesting, very alarming, but drills home the importance of safeguarding, reporting, observations and transparent information. Found the information on the types of abuse interesting and although the case studies were harrowing really drives home the need for safeguarding and working with agencies. Tara's knowledge is incredible and the way she delivers it, holds my interest for the full evening.

The course was very good but difficult to hear sometimes due to echo in room

Dwight really gets my learning style and psyche. When I heard it was fractions decimals and percentages, my heart sank but Dwight made it all 'user friendly'. Thank you.
