Uzma is a very good tutor. On my 1st day in the class I had no confidence at all but Uzma encouraged me and gave me confidence. and today I completed Level 1 and now I have so much confidence in myself that I know I can even do Level 2 and 3.

I really enjoyed this session. It felt well structured and thought out. I loved the ice breaker and the acronym used. I really liked the ‘group’ activity as it felt relevant and we could both link the answers to our individual roles.
