Best course, the trainer well prepared with lots of professional knowledge

The course has really given me a huge amount of knowledge for preparing to work in a school I am more confident in safeguarding in school and also literacy and numeracy.

I honestly believe Mr Hammond deserves a promotion, a pay rise or a bonus, immediately!! I have personally completely this course previously, furthermore I have had my own security learning centre where Tutor(s) similar to Mr Hammond were employed. Mr Hammond DOES NOT CUT CORNERS, NEVER! This is my personal experience, his delivery is exceptional. He clearly understands the concept of tuition. Mr Hammond understands different learning abilities and dynamics of creating a learning environment and culture. I am convinced my statement will be in coalition with other people who participated in this course and was tutored by Mr Hammond. I leave Realise with more in-depth knowledge in the security field, general communication skills and I have improved my ability to learn via class room based learning.
