Very friendly very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and very warm welcoming felt comfortable from the go

It was a pleaser to meet Kevin Ho today. The course was very well presented and a good induction into the apprenticeship. I have learnt a lot in todays class. This can not be said for all the email i received prior to starting. Wording in the forms to fill out or are not well worded and miss leading so errors were made when entering detail leading to emails threating me that if i did not send documents you needed i would not be able to do my course. The stress it was giving me almost made me not continue and to back out of the apprenticeship. This need to be looked at with the upmost urgency in my opinion.

The course was very informative, engaging and well delivered. Stephen explained the topics clearly and created a positive learning environment. I found the session useful for improving my understanding of passenger transport, customer service, safety and professional standards. Thank you for the support and guidance throughout the session.

I think the course was quite educational and helpful

So interesting loved to communicate and being involved. Nothing boring and I learnt a lot from this and understood every word, it has helped me built my confidence a little because I hate speaking aloud in groups to people I don't know. Thank you.

Kevin made the course much better and even dare I say enjoyable. However, coming in after all the repetitive badgering previously via email from yourselves meant starting from a negative.
