I Am really enjoying this course so far, i have done a lot learning and will continue to do so. I have received a lot support from Ann and help when i need so. Ann has been very accommodating to the fact i have a child and had to re arrange meetings last minute.
Overall, I enjoyed doing this course, I researched more in depth about topics in care i would struggle with. My tutor supplied me with various learning sources to assist me in the course. I feel my knowledge has grown and I am now more open to asking questions and asking for help if i struggle with my role in care. Therefore, becoming a better carer and exceeding in my career.
Donna has been brilliant and helped me so much and onces I got head round it as first glad I've carried on working through ITSO thankyou

Initially when i started this course I was unable to use the computer with guidance and patience from Ann i can now switch on, share screen, open up all the resources without asking family for help. I have enjoyed this course and i am now excited and confident enough to work towards a level 3. This course has made me think more about what you do as a carer and helped me improve many skills.
