Learnt about logistics and how to act and behave at a workplace
The trainer (Baz) was extremely clear and full of providing knowledge and information about all the relevant topics. He went gave multiple ways to make us realise there are more than one ways of doing a task correctly and appropriately.
The lesson is very interesting and it has help me to more about employees and employers responsibilities.
Friendly approach, clear instructions, informative, useful
This course was very interesting. The tutors direction was clear and she demonstrated what was required first. This makes people feel at ease. I think math skills are off-putting to some. However, in this case the subject of maths and cake decoration, mix together well. As cake decorating is very therapeutic once you can work out how much of each ingredient is required .
I feel that my Assessor really pushed me to the best of my ability and I think this helped bring out the best in me and helped me to complete the course
I found this course to be very helpful and handy in regards to the workplace . I along with the rest of the class have learnt about rules and regulations, different rights and health and safety acts . I am now Futher confident on what to expect when starting a new job and how my attitude is to be expected by the employer . This was all thanks to our trainer Baz who has a very unique way to teach which made the course fun and intriguing .
I have gained more knowledge and skills on my rights and responsibilities at work, and handling of goods and equipments in the logistic environment. I am glad to attend this training.
