I had a fantastic time learning with Loveness towards the end of the course, because at the beginning Loveness proved to be a very objective teacher as in no answers were given to me until I had showed capability to learn myself. Therefore I found this a very rewarding process.

Great sessions and great course learned many things during the course and Anu was a great teacher.
I just found on the work sheets that some of the questions are repeated which causes confusion sometimes.
This course motivated me personally how to deal with the customers.
This was a good course as I am out of practice as I have been off work for a long time and this course has improved my confidence.
