Really enjoyed my first session, Vicky put me at ease, made me feel more confident going forward with the rest of course with what I have learnt in such a small amount of time.

trainer was excellent in her communication skills, gave everyone the opportunity to share their views and experiences
Jinienei was very prepared and organised, lovely to speak with, covered the course at an appropriate pace for everyone to keep up with & was a really good teacher who listened and explained things when asked for clarification.
If it wasn't for the training that I received, I wouldn't have passed all my tests.
