Mr Don is the Best trainer i have ever seen
I think this whole Diploma has been great, really enjoyed it from start to finish. I would like to say my tutor Angela Mulroney has been fantastic with me. Making me feel comfortable on zoom meetings and always being there for me whenever I have needed extra help. Angela is a credit to health and social care. I felt like it did not matter how much I knew or how good I was at using a laptop (I am rubbish at technology) Angela helped and guided me through every step of the way, patiently and friendly and I feel like I have built up a good friendship over the 2 years of learning and every other student Angela teaches I think would say the same. I class myself as a confident person at times but there are times where I am shy or nervous. Angela put me at ease from the very first meeting, was very understanding and has even offered help and advise for the future which is good to know. Angela I would like to thank you for getting me through Level 2 and 3, the patience and understanding you have with people is a great quality and it should be recognised.
