It's been a very informative week, I feel so more activities just to ensure understanding would be good, or even being given information handouts that we could refer back to later.

A enjoyed the course, the tutor and the learners were welcoming. The staff at the venue were amazing providing hot drinks and heaters which were needed as we trained during the snow and coldest part of the year. Lots of knowlwdge shared and gained.

lift does not work and the disabled toilets smelt. the trainer was amazing and really good with all members of the course
