Lou was amazing! The course was given real life examples and she made sure we all were able to relate and understand every step of the way whilst demonstrating areas we could grow and develop. Looking forward to the best module ☺️
For the first time I’ve been in a training day where I’ve enjoyed it so much that I did not want it to end. With my all honesty Lou is such an amazing and experienced coach and I feel so lucky meeting her because I know I will have so many things to learn from her and literally cannot wait until our next session! Trainer has great energy and many stories to share regarding her experience and relates it to the content of the course very well. Impact of stress session felt a little short, but not sure if that was down to time. Course was great, lots of learning and self-reflection. Also a nice way to get to know the ladies in the Women in KAD group.

A very thought provoking and challenging topic as we all have unconscious bias and there wasn’t really enough time to explore this individually. Might have helped if we had done a questionnaire, as in previous modules, as have found this helps consolidate my understanding.
Felt this was very thought provoking and informative. Cultural intelligence is very important to me dealing with such a vast range of people so my knowledge and awareness can always be improved.
