This was extremely useful for me because it gave me clarity on how I view change. And after taking the first part of the training, it gave me the tools and insight on how I would like to view change.

I thought the course was really good and interesting. It provided a lot of thought-provoking topics and it has really opened my mind to the way I should respond to change. I found the resilience section also interesting, as it is something that is very important in day-to-day life. I find being conscious of the five pillars helpful in day-to-day life. I also didn't know I was actively performing some of these pillars. Lou is a great speaker!

Think Lou did a great job and was great at energising the discussion (especially considering the early kick off time in the UK). Good use of breakout rooms and definitely helped inspire the conversations. You'd probably get more contributions if it was an IRL event but thought it was quite well done for a virtual event. Would be interesting to know if you could have a 1-on-1 type session where you could actually get some coaching on how to be more assertive and persuasive because as this session demonstrated, everybody has different characteristics so the same tips may not apply.

Try to apply the principle of the first secession - have 2 Massive arguments with people within the company . never have one like that for the last 10years ( Great guys and I Apologies the day after) Similar than when you try to improve your golf swing it mess around first and get it better after ... If it doesn't I will go back to the old way . Pace too slow for me, Blue, yellow , red , green similar than previous course Share the slide please - The course is base on other books / research / Material & Principle I believe it will be fair to them to have their references at the end of each course. Feed back only valid for 12hrs ? Line manager shall be sent prior to the course so they understand what we do. Is the trainer ever been to a DABS , on site , building site meeting, progress meeting, contract review ? I do understand teach overall principle but always good to understand who you teach too. May that why LOR office base people connect more than the site base people.

Found the module insightful. I always enjoy the questionnaires that tells us abit about our personalities and I enjoyed doing the "what's my style" one and finding out bits that I knew about myself and also bits that I didn't (didn't realise how analytical I actually was).

It is interesting to hear all these facts about our personalities and how we differ and how we interact. Once we understand each other better we are able to interact more effectively. I do need to look at my personal brand and have never thought of this before. I do also have some conflicts with these personality exercises i.e. i thought I was a different person but is helping me to develop myself. For that the course is very useful.
