Good content and useful refresher on communication excellence. The PDR session was a bit muddled - it probably reflects where KAD is with PDRs.
Lou is a very good trainer. I was impressed with the fact that she remembered each and every person’s name. The course material was good. I have learned a lot from the course. She is a very good presenter and speaks well.
