I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The role plays took me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to approach a few different scenarios in the future. Lou was a fantastic trainer and kept us all engaged throughout the day, giving relevant stories and examples to bring the training to life. I'm looking forward to getting back to the work place to try out my new skills.

I find the training and course with Lou very enjoyable

It was interesting seeing the different behaviours of passive and aggressive people and working out which category I see myself in. I think it will impact how I approach different people with requests for their help when carrying out certain tasks
