I have really enjoyed this course - Louise is extremely knowledgeable in this field - I do also think the materials are extremely good and well presented

Very engaging and helpful. Doing a practice presentation with feedback would be really useful but appreciate time constraints probably prevent this.

Insightful. Certainly recognise myself in some of the areas which were discussed so this will help me adopt varying styles to manage to my team.

I entered this module somewhat cynical I confess, but complete it feeling it was positive and valuable. Lou is an engaging trainer and coordinator. Also nice to get to know colleagues from WFW I have never met previously.

Alot of the concepts and the theories/research behind them are really good. Often they are sort of 'common sense', but by the same token often things you just don't think about. The breakout groups are good, to be able to discus some of the thoughts/concepts etc and relating them to our own situations. Lou is a really good trainer; she has a positive energy which is important with remote training especially and she helps make it more relatable through her stories regarding her personal experience. Only downsides I would say is the first session felt maybe 30mins too long. I was struggling to be 100% focussed by the end. And with anything like this, you hear the same voices alot as the same people tend to be the ones that are always speaking up (of which I am one), although Lou tries to get everyone involved as much as she can.
