Lou was really informative, came out with some good one liners/phrases/sayings, came across like she's really invested in her work. Lots of food for thought. The actors were great too, a safe space to open up and each character was slightly different. Summary only one star off as I would like to see myself in action now.

Very useful course but I feel that it should have been broken down over 2 different days as my work can't wait now and it's already 2.30pm local time.

A great course with some interesting points that i will take away in implement. Louise is a great trainer, welcoming and engaging and always gets people involved. For me, i lost focus towards the end, maybe due to the length of the course or the time of day we were running it. Having said that i really enjoyed the training and will recommend it to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in this course and felt that the content was super relevant to helping where i currently am in my career and personal life. Lou was an extremely engaging presenter and I loved her enthusiasm for the work she does and the way she presented herself and the content, I did not feel like i was in a classroom! I really enjoyed how much discussion was included in this course, i feel like i learnt a great deal more by being able to discuss thoughts, feelings and listening to others. Thank you so much for a fabulous session!
