Thought provoking, especially through the practical and learning how to have difficult situations. Found it engaging through out. Thanks, Lloyd
Very well delivered lots of helpful information
Another informative and useful day of training. Lou is a great trainer, thank you :-)
Fantastic course. My particular area of interest. Great discussions on differences among various roles as coach, mentor, trainer and sponsor.
Great peer feedback session worked really well. Great to work and discuss points within the course on others. Understanding of the coach, mentor & sponsor I feel should be earlier on in the course
Quite an emotive session for me personally but was a positive end result
Great development of our skill set and how to move forward with the resources we have outside of the course.
