There was a good balance of theory and practical exercises. Lou’s delivery is engaging and dynamic. The email exercise is excellent and a great way of getting an authentic piece of work to assess.

Great peer feedback session worked really well. Great to work and discuss points within the course on others. Understanding of the coach, mentor & sponsor I feel should be earlier on in the course
