Bethan was a thoughtful and knowledgeable facilitator, who led this informative course really well. The material was thought provoking and gave me chance to wrestle with different scenarios I may encounter in a supportive group setting. I think a version MHFA should become part of the curriculum. If more people were armed with this knowledge, there would be a greater confidence to help people and stigma around mental health would decrease. Thank you, Bethan

The discussions and exercises completed during the training were informative and useful. Using scenarios that could happen to anyone was extremely useful.

A brilliant course, excellent to have someone with so much knowledge and experience, teaching. All round excellent very very interesting.

Steve was great, the content and delivery were spot on. What can be a difficult subject was delivered brilliantly. I am now reading one of the books recommended by Steve and it's already proving useful. Thank you

I would have preferred access to a physical manual. Have ordered one but not in time for webinar. Maybe be told at time of registration that if you prefer paper, purchase now, ahead of course going live. Would have preferred case scenarios sent a few days before discussion in webinar, to give time for proper reflection
