A great 2 days exploring the subject and looking at mental health - The best comment I can make is the 2 day course flew by as it was interesting, engaging, extremely helpful and thought provoking also allowing me to look at personal experiences and better understand them. Great work Steve, it was a pleasure meeting you and thanks for all the help and support in understanding mental health and the part we can play in assisting those in need.

The course was an eye opener. I wasn’t expecting it to be so interesting. I found some parts quite difficult to deal with but glad I have completed. I will be able to use my learning in work and in my own personal life

Steve was excellant. Made me feel relaxed and engaged in the course. Although some of the content is very strong it is layed out to flow and Steve delivers it in a perfect manor.
