I found this course extremely useful and it has renewed my confidence in providing mental health first aid. The session was well-structured, with a great balance between breakout activities and information shared by Jordan. Jordan demonstrated deep expertise in this field and answered all questions and scenarios thoroughly. I especially appreciated the structured role play activity, where we selected options, discussed them as a group, and worked through the scenario together. This blended approach was highly effective in helping me consider how I would handle similar situations. Overall, it was a fantastic refresher session. Thank you Jordan.
I really enjoyed the Mental Health First Aider Refresher training with Jordan. He was an excellent coach friendly, approachable, and very clear in his explanations. He answered all our questions with confidence and gave great, practical examples that made the content easy to understand and apply. Thanks to his approach, I now feel much more confident supporting others during a mental health crisis. The session was engaging, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.
