Fantastic course. Having already got a back ground in mental health awareness. I fund this course was very engaging and informative, and I will be taking away new information and guidelines I didn't know about before.

My only suggestion for improving the course would be to start with a simple check in for everyone, and perhaps a breathing / mindfulness exercise to help centre people before the start of the course. I would allow people to enter the course more focused and prepared.

I thought the course was brilliant overall, very interactive with a mix of content. I now feel confident to help others with mental health first aid.
