Louise was attentive, calm and took everyone's opinions and experiences into consideration, really making us feel like a valued member of the training course. Knowing that Louise had a background in MIND really helped me feel like she has the knowledge and experience, and this really showed in the way she delivered the course. Louise ensured we all felt comfortable with the course topics, the information we were discussing and regularly asked us if we need to take 5 minutes to gather our thoughts after discussing heavy topics such as the areas of suicide and mental health crisis in particular. I feel like the course would have been a much different experience if we had someone else taking the course, and honestly couldn't have asked for someone more capable of delivering this course for us. Hope to see her again in the future. Thankyou Louise.

It was a brilliant course, thank you. My only slight negative would be that people were often not on mute during group exercises or whole group discussions. Rather than using a function (such as hand up on Teams) the course relied on people unmuting themselves to talk or just being unmuted all the time, and this left quite a few people unable to get a word in! I would have preferred people requesting to speak but I understand that might have made the course longer.

It was a very "informative" day. I came away reaffirmed with skills that I have been able to put into practice.

Steve delivered the session with great skill, managing to be both engaging and informative while navigating some intense and potentially distressing topics. I now feel much more confident and equipped to support colleagues, friends, or family who may be facing challenging circumstances. The course materials provided will be an invaluable resource moving forward.

Tracy , instantly made me feel at ease and gave us the time to explore things at our own pace and never rushed us . I would like to do more courses with Tracy in the future !
