Thoroughly enjoyed the course. I never thought I would ever have an interest in Adult Mental Health or the First Aid element of it but I’m so glad that I have had the opportunity to do so. This training course has been very enlightening as it has enabled me to learn and be better equipped to understand so much more about Adult Mental Health and the challenges that come with it. I would highly recommend it.

Ellender is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge. This is a great course and I would highly recommend it to others - actually already have. It would be good to see a bit more on PTSD and supporting neurodivergent individuals who are in crisis as the approaches would need to be modified, however, an overall brilliant course.

Both Kate and Lorrisa were brilliant and very knowledgeable about Mental Health. The way they delivered the course was brilliant and the materials that were given before the course so we could refresh our knowledge before the course day was very helpful.
