Really informative. I especially found the videos of people with real life experiences very helpful. It has made me feel much better equipped to approach and talk to people - especially having the ALGEE to use as guidance.

Really enjoyed the course and have leaned a lot about how to deal with different situations. Learning from other group members was also beneficial. Found the course easy to access and the resources before the webinar. Thank you both.

As ever an enjoyable course/refresher with Clare. Plenty of resources and use of them e.g. padlet, slido and break out rooms . A great reminder of the importance of being direct with questioning when someone is having a mental health crisis and then knowing what to do

I really enjoyed the two day course & found it really informative. There was such a good variety of resources to help us understand the content including videos of case studies hearing about people's lived experiences & exercises for us to do in groups and individually. It was interesting and beneficial to both my work role and life experience generally. Tristan did a great job of engaging us with the topics and content. I would highly recommend the course.
